Short- and long-term assistance to be provided by experts of organizations associated to the GCEF in three main forms:
Deliver in-work/ in-house tailor-made courses for public servants of human rights entities (Ombudsman and others) and ministries in charge of monitoring and reporting the implementation of the conventions ratified by their countries.
Provide retreat-type of immersion courses to offer theoretical and, especially, practical knowledge of 21st-century dimension of each of the major Human Rights related conventions.
OBJECTIVE: Support local institutions and municipalities in detecting and preventing youth radicalisation.
HOW: Develop early warning processes and systems to detect, compile and analyse information which help devise and implement targeted measures for the prevention of youth radicalisation.

OBJECTIVE: Contribute to the prevention of violence and the promotion of values of sustainable and inclusive development among youth, with particular focus on gender equality.
HOW: Considering education a key vector to enhance these values, FRC promotes a novel approach to secondary school citizenship education through the development of new teaching materials and participatory teaching and learning methodology.
