Short- and long-term assistance to be provided by experts of organizations associated to the GCEF in three main forms:

1. Elaborate in a participative manner the content of laws, by-laws, rules of procedure and route maps to facilitate the domestication and truly implementation of the Human Rights related conventions
2. Support the design and implementation of strategic plans to promote the implementation of the conventions and their efficient monitoring
3. Help to strengthen the capacities of private and public entities to respect the content of specific conventions in their everyday work.
